Wilmington Distillery opened in June 2022 in the former Dock Street Oyster Bar space, doubling as a working craft distillery and a downtown bar and nightclub. Master distiller Matt Karn turns out IZZYZ Rum, Von Vodka, Honey Cornbread Moonshine and limoncello on site, with live music nearly every night and DJ Slim Deluxe on Friday and Saturday.
