Vigilant Hope Roasting is a nonprofit specialty coffee roaster and café at 16th and Dock Streets in the Castle Street District, branded as good coffee, good purpose. Proceeds from in-house roasted beans and espresso drinks fund the parent nonprofit's mobile shower-trailer ministry and outreach for unhoused neighbors. A small additional location at 250 Vision Drive opens Sundays only.
