True Blue Butcher and Barrel is chef Bobby Zimmerman's South Front District concept that pairs a working butcher shop with a steak-and-burger restaurant and an extensive whiskey program. Expect dry-aged steaks, smash burgers and reimagined bar fare with Asian street-food touches, alongside more than two hundred bourbons and a hundred whiskeys. Opened in February 2022 next to New Anthem Beer Project.
