The Fork 'N' Cork is a small downtown gastropub a block off the Riverwalk, made famous by a Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives visit to chef James Smith. Burgers like the Pimiento Chz, Hot Mess and Duck Duck Goose share the menu with confit duck wings, Texas brisket poutine and rotating mac and pot pie specials. Expect a wait since there are only five or six tables and a small bar.
