Surfs Up is an 18-hole mini golf course on Bridge Barrier Road near the Carolina Beach entrance, with a 12-foot waterfall, animatronic kraken, and an 800-square-foot tiki hut clubhouse. The Shaka Shack bar pours local craft beer, wine, canned cocktails, ciders, seltzers, and THC tonics, with shaved ice for kids and rotating food trucks on site. DJ Thursdays and Parrothead Sundays bring music to the Lifeguard House deck.
