Sunset Slush of Wilmington is a family-owned Italian ice shop in the Cargo District, opened in 2021 by Boston-area transplants Will and Cassandra Kelley. The dairy-free Sunset Slush brand comes in more than 30 flavors with combinations, gelati layers, and a punch card program. The team also runs a food truck and pushcarts for festivals and events.
