Smokin' Jimmies Express is a small Black-owned takeout window on Carolina Beach Road serving jumbo wings with dry rubs, fried fish and shrimp, Cajun fries, crab rice, and strawberry lemonade. Despite the name, the focus is fried and seasoned rather than smoked. Closed Mondays.
