Seabird is chef Dean Neff and Lydia Clopton's downtown restaurant on the corner of Market and Front Streets, focused on the seasonality of North Carolina seafood. The daily-changing menu features Seabirdie oysters farmed exclusively for the restaurant by Hold Fast Oyster Co., a seafood tower, and Eastern North Carolina-style cioppino. Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday, with a Monday oyster happy hour at the bar.
