Prost is a German-fusion biergarten on Front Street from Justin and Bekah Smith (also behind Husk and YoSake), opened in 2023 in the former Aubriana's space. Expect schnitzel, jumbo pretzels, German beers, craft cocktails, and a North Carolina twist on the menu. The large covered outdoor biergarten seats roughly 50 to 60 and stays busy with both tourists and locals.
