Panacea Brewing is a Wilmington kombucha brewery from Robin and Artie Hill, producing craft kombucha and hard kombucha that they sell through a 1975 VW Westfalia bus and a small Tiny Tap and Taste at the Judges Road brewery. The taproom pours kombucha pints, fills growlers, and offers brewery tours.
