On Thyme is a Castle Street District restaurant from Corey and Phallin Scott that grew out of their catering company and food truck. The menu runs from Cajun shrimp po'boys, Philly cheesesteak egg rolls, and the Castle Street Burger to wings, Korean BBQ bites, and a hot honey chicken sandwich. A mural outside honors Wilmington legends including Meadowlark Lemon and Althea Gibson.
