Olivero is chef Sunny Gerhart's downtown restaurant on the corner of South Third and Castle, weaving his family's Italian, Spanish, and New Orleans roots into a wood-fired menu of handmade pastas, tapas, salads, and grilled local seafood and meats. Gerhart and co-executive chef Lauren Krall Ivey were named 2025 James Beard Award semifinalists for Best Chef Southeast. Marble bistro tables, leather booths, and an open kitchen.
