The third Drift cafe at Mayfaire Town Center opened in August 2019 in the building that previously housed Starbucks. The menu mirrors the other Drift locations with avocado, smoked salmon, and almond-butter toasts, market bowls, smoothies, holistic lattes, and Ceremony Coffee espresso. A bright counter-service room busy with Mayfaire shoppers and office workers.
