A roastery and cafe in the Ogden stretch of Market Street, opened in 2019 by Marissa Ruehle and sourcing beans from Colombia, Guatemala, Ethiopia, and Rwanda. Whitewashed Scandinavian interior, a sunroom with community tables, and a large brick patio out back. The menu leans on specialty toasts, breakfast bowls, and pastries.
