Eleven-acre freshwater lake park two blocks from the ocean in Carolina Beach. A paved walking path loops the lake at just under a mile, and the park has a playground, four gazebos, a picnic shelter, restrooms, and an amphitheater. Paddle board rentals are available in summer. The park hosts the Island of Lights holiday celebration, free summer movies at the lake, and the Carolina Beach Farmers' Market. Leashed dogs are welcome year-round.
