The Wilmington Coffee Fest street fair takes over South 15th Street between Castle Street and Queen Street, bringing together coffee shops, roasters, tea, bakers, and artisans, with free coffee samples throughout and attendee voting for best hot brewed coffee and best iced or cold coffee. Entry includes a Wilmington Coffee Fest espresso mug and a limited edition canvas tote, and a portion of every ticket is donated to two local nonprofits, Nourish NC and Coastal Carolina Wildlife Rehab.
