2026 - Q2 Young Professionals Council meeting

The Greater Wilmington Chamber of Commerce's Young Professionals Council (YPC) is focused on engaging and supporting young professionals in their career development and in the local business community. This council serves as a platform for members to connect with other young professionals in their community, build relationships, and develop their professional skills through various events, mentorship programs, and educational workshops.

Participation is open to young professionals in the Greater Wilmington area between the ages of 21 and 40 years old.

Panelists will share perspectives on what works, what doesn't, and the policies or partnerships they believe could make the greatest impact. The discussion will also highlight the importance of wages, cost of living, and sustainable growth, while creating space for candid Q&A and real-world insights into the economics behind housing development, ownership, and rental costs.
