Thursday, May 7 | 4-7pm

Free for Educators and Administrators Pre-K to College

Registration requested

Happy Hour is on us! Spend a fun and relaxing evening at CAM with free admission. Explore the museum and new exhibitions with a guided tour. Enjoy complimentary light bites and drinks, cash bar, and more! All educators and administrators (all ages and disciplines) are welcome and encouraged to attend and explore fun ways to bring art into your classroom.

Meet Environmental Educators Jessica Stitt and Rachel Bentley. They will share information about the NC Environmental Education Program, which is designed to increase environmental literacy, provide practice in environmental education teaching methods, and foster community leadership.

Brush up on your art skills with artists Todd Carignan and Carolyn Faulkner. Todd will guide you in bringing energy and engagement to your lessons through the use of comic characters, while Carolyn will share practical techniques for blending and shading using the colored pencils readily available in any classroom. Together, they’ll help you build confidence and creativity you can bring directly into your teaching practice.

Please RSVP here.
