Cape Fear Region Climate Reality Training

Join us in Wilmington on May 17 for a fast-paced, three-hour leadership training. Connect with fellow advocates and learn more about the science, the solutions, and the practical skills to channel our energy for results-oriented climate action in our Cape Fear Region and in our state.​You’ll get the latest on climate science and solutions straight from our national Climate Reality Project team, followed by a review of climate impacts in the Cape Fear region. Join us to explore issues and opportunities for progress close to home and start taking action. We’ll give you the tools, network, and know-how to make a difference. ​By completing a local training, you’ll also complete the first step to joining the Climate Reality Leadership Corps, with opportunities to complete the training online and at your own pace.The Climate Reality Project is a nonpartisan 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to building a global network of informed advocates working to accelerate solutions to the climate crisis through education, advocacy, and community action.
