𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐀𝐫𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐨𝐨𝐧!Mark your calendars for 𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟐𝟔𝐭𝐡 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝟓-𝟖 𝐩𝐦 as we open our next installation, “𝐄𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠” 𝐛𝐲 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞, 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐬.Working primarily in watercolor, Valerie is known for her “loose, expressive botanicals that beautifully capture both the delicacy and vitality of the natural world.” Her connection to flowers began in childhood while wondering barefoot through the local garden center her family owned for more than thirty years—an experience that shaped a lifelong relationship with plants, seasons, and the quiet poetry of gardens.After years working as a florist and flower grower, Valerie now paints while raising her two young sons, creating work that reflects freedom, movement, and growth—echoing both nature and the seasons of life.
